Why is it not letting us create log ins!!?? I've been working on this for hours. Come here and it's not just me? This whole system is so broken! Ive called 6x on a previous issue and waited on hold for 2 hours each, no exaggeration. There is no one in this department, or Soonercare as a whole. I'm sure of it.

Your website says “SoonerCare call center representatives will be prepared to answer questions you may have about your health plan choices and help you make the right choice in your decision.” This is a lie bc I called for this specific reason and they told me they weren’t allowed to give an opinion and I was given zero help. You all need to fix this.

How are we supposed to know which plan to pick? Y’all have no consistent information on the similarities or differences between them. This is so convoluted and and frustrating. I called for help and they told me they weren’t allowed to give opinions on each plan? How are we supposed to know what they are?? Telling us to go look at each entire website and just figure it out might be the dumbest thing I’ve ever encountered in my life. Y’all need to put *clear* explanations in an way where we don’t have to go on a wild turkey hunt for every specific piece of information we need.

Why is the deadline so soon when whoever is setting this up can't even be bothered to actually roll any of this functionality out even after sending letters and emails. Why are they in Wisconsin? You've been saying enrollment is open since February 1. It's not. None of my healthcare providers are on any of the 3 options' lists yet either. What is the necessity of this change and why is it so amateurish? Privatization?

Ugh, the system was fine as it is. Privatizing everything is the benefit our state thinks it is, privatization is the entire issue with our nation and its economy right now.

Even in the desktop view, mine does not say SoonerCare Select on the Plan/Provider Selection page, it still says SoonerCare Choice even though I got the email saying get ready for Sooner Select.

Good advice if the site didn't loop you back to a log-on to account page BEFORE you create an account. The create account page does not come up, instead, you are routed to a login page and asked for a user ID and password you have not been able to create yet. I'm not the only one.

Hi. I forgot my user ID and password. However, when putting in information to recover ID/password, it tells me the information is incorrect. I know I made up an account because I'm looking at a printed card I did for my son about 3 years ago. If I tried to create a new account, and it wants me to fill out pages of information about income, tax, etc. I don't see why I have to reapply for SoonCare to print a card. Any help would be appreciated.
